ABOUT NANCY

I knew early in my working journey that I thrive on helping and guiding people. It started when I became a Resident Assistant in college — and from that moment, supporting others through transitions became my calling. After graduation, I launched a career in Student Affairs, advising and supporting residential college students through some of the most formative years of their lives.

From there, I pivoted to Human Resources by doing exactly what I now help my clients do: articulating my transferable skills. As an HR Generalist, I launched a college recruitment program, crafted over 100 job descriptions, built a formal compensation structure, led full-cycle recruiting, and designed training programs to help managers hire with intention and confidence.

When I made the move into career coaching — earning the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) designation along the way — everything came together. I bring my HR background into every coaching relationship, giving clients a rare insider perspective on how hiring actually works. In addition to my private practice, I spent nearly a decade as a Career Coach with Randstad RiseSmart, a global outplacement and talent mobility firm, where I coached professionals across industries, disciplines, levels, and life stages.

Today, I work with people at all kinds of career crossroads — new graduates finding their footing, early career professionals who've outgrown their first path, people navigating a layoff or unexpected job loss, mid-career professionals ready for something new, and parents stepping back into the workforce after time away.
